Copyright and Usage Rights

All photographs remain the intellectual property of Visionary Shot Photography. Clients receive usage rights for personal use as specified in their service agreement. Commercial use requires separate licensing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours before scheduled sessions receive full refund of deposits. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit 50% of deposit. Same-day cancellations forfeit full deposit.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for events beyond our control that may affect service delivery.

Delivery Timeline

Edited photographs are typically delivered within 2-4 weeks of the session date. Rush delivery may be available for additional fees.
